The site is within an residential district and had historically been informally used for outbuildings and garages. The site had been underused for a number of years and had become derelict. Existing trees within the site are partially covered by tree preservation orders (TPO). The siting and profile of the houses has been sculpted by the constraints of the site plus the canopy and root protection lines of the trees. The houses will each have 2 reception rooms, kitchen/family room, utility, 4 bedrooms, ensuite, bathrooms, and double garage.
